Project Overview: This project consists of sales and service courses for both team members and team leaders at a financial institution. This project was rolled out to all frontline staff employees and team leaders to enhance their sales and service skills. 
Content Development: Through discussions with SME(s), it was diccovered that this project would include both a course for both team members and team leaders. From the collaboration with SME(s) and the service resources given to me, I decided that learners would benefit from these courses being Instructor-led and in person trainings. I then developed content outlines, ensuring alignment and relevance between the courses. This was used to map out both courses. From this, I created a presentation, facilitator guide and learner guide for both courses, ensuring relevant activities and discussions were included for learner engagement and skill development. I received and implemented feedback during each stage of the content development. 
Design Process: At my current organization, our courses consist of of bright colors and graphics. However, for leadership training, we use more muted colors and sophisticated graphics. Since this project required course design for two different audiences, I adjusted the color palette and graphics while maintaining a consistent theme across both courses. I decided on a notebook/sketchbook theme with relevant graphics and videos from the resources the organization used for these courses. Both courses included a learner guide designed to increase learner engagement and retention through activities, questions and reflection opportunities. 
Authoring Tools: PowerPoint, Canva, Word, Articulate AI Image Generator.
