Project Overview: This project is an eLearning course created for a financial institution. This course covers the basic financial terms and concepts new frontline employees with limited financial institution background need to know at the organization 
Content Development: Content development began by collaborating with SME(s) to identify the content that needed to be included in this course. I then developed a content outline that was used to map out my course. From this, I decided that this would be a microlearning built using Articulate Rise. 
Design Process: At my current organization, our courses consist of of bright colors and graphics. Using my organization's color palette, I decided on a fun rock band theme with ai generated artistic expressionism graphics to engage learners. I then decided to use a mix of videos, images and interactive elements throughout the course to further increase learner engagement, active learning and retention.
