Project Overview: This project is an instructor led training intended for all frontline employees at a financial institution required to perform outbound calling. This course equips team members with the skills and knowledge necessary for making outbound calls. The course is part of a learning path for frontline employees. 
Content Development: Content development began by engaging in discussions with SME(s) and frontline team members to identify the concepts needed in this course and where team members are struggling with this skill. From this, I created a content outline to map the course. I then decided that this course will be instructor-led with engaging activities. From this, I developed a facilitator guide that detailed the relevant topics and talking points. I received and implemented feedback during each stage of the content development. 
Design Process: At my current organization, our courses consist of bright colors and graphics. Using my organization's color palette, I decided on an articitic expressionism theme with ai generated graphics related to making phone calls to engage learners. 
Authoring Tools: Articulate AI image generator, Canva, PowerPoint, Word.
