Project Overview: This project is an eLearning course created for a financial institution. This course covers the basic financial terms and concepts new frontline employees with limited financial institution background need to know at the organization 
Content Development: Content development began by collaborating with SME(s) to identify the content that needed to be included in this course based on the learning objective identified. The course was intended for new frontline employees to introduce them to basic financial concepts and terms. With this knowledge, I then developed a content outline that was used to map out my course. From this, I decided that I would create a microlearning built using Articulate Rise. I received and implemented feedback during each stage of the content development. 
Design Process: At my current organization, our courses consist of bright colors and graphics. Using my organization's color palette, I decided on a fun rock band theme with ai generated artistic expressionism graphics to engage learners. I then decided to use a mix of videos, images and interactive elements throughout the course to further increase learner engagement, active learning and retention. 
Authoring Tools: Articulate Rise, Articulate AI image generator, Canva, and Vyond.
