Project Overview: This project is an eLearning course created for a financial institution. This course covers all things credit. It gives an overview of credit reports and credit scores. This course was created for a financial institution's personal bankers as part of a lending curriculum series. 
Content Development: Content development began by collaborating with SME(s) to identify the content that needed to be included in this course. I then developed a content outline that was used to map out my course. From this, I decided that using Articulate Storyline to create an interactive eLearning would be best for this course. I received and implemented feedback during each stage of the content development.   
Design Process: At my current organization, our courses consist of bright colors and graphics. Using my organization's color palette, I decided on a simple theme with graphics related to the content. I then decided to use a mix of ai audio and interactive elements throughout the course to further increase learner engagement, active learning and retention.
